|Orders are sent via tracked courier. Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days (rural deliveries may take an additional 24 hours).|
Please ensure that the delivery address and receiver’s name for your order is accurate and complete (including the full name of any business name if shipping to a work address) as we are unable to change these details once you have placed your order. We will not take responsibility for any orders that go missing due to incorrect delivery information provided by you. We will endeavour to deliver goods on the stated delivery dates but to the maximum extent permitted by law we will not be held liable for late delivery.
Delivery to rural addresses may take longer in some areas.
Delivery is deemed to have been made when the goods arrive at the delivery address provided by you. We accept no liability for damage, loss or theft to goods after they have been delivered. Signature is required for all parcels. By giving authority for the courier to sign for and leave your parcel, you acknowledge that Antipodes will not be liable in any way for any loss or damage to the parcel left at the address in accordance with your instructions.
FAULTY PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
Although we hope you love all your items from Antipodes, we have a returns policy in place if in the unlikely event the product purchased from this website is proven to be faulty or damaged. We do not offer exchanges for change of mind.
You must have purchased products from this Antipodes website and have contacted our customer services team within 30 days of purchase.
If you have purchased the faulty product from one of our authorized retail partners, please follow that retailer’s specific return policy.
Once the product is proven to be faulty, we will send a replacement product.
Please follow our Step-By-Step Guide below for Returns
Get in touch - To replace an item, please reach out to our Antipodes Customer Care Team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, phone number, order number, name of the product, the batch and expiry date and the reason you believe this product to be faulty.
Take a photo - Should your item arrive damaged, or something has gone wrong, please send photos in the email to our customer care team.
Replacement confirmation - Once the claim has been reviewed and approved by our customer service team, we will send out the replacement product.
Return the product - In some cases, our customer service team will request you return the original faulty product to our Antipodes HQ, for further inspection. Shipping costs are not refundable.
How long does it take to receive a replacement product?
Please allow 10 business days once the request has been approved.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
Contact us at email@example.com and we will do our utmost to resolve your query with speed and minimal inconvenience.
SKIN REACTION ENQUIRIES
In the rare case of an allergic reaction, we are happy to accept the product’s return and exchange it for an alternative, more suitable product.
Please provide us with a photo of the reaction, product details (name, batch number and expiry date) and proof of purchase when requesting a return of the product.
If you experience any allergic reaction, please stop use of the product immediately.
