Free shipping on all orders over $50.00 NZD
$10.00 NZD standard shipping on orders under $50.00 NZD.
Estimated Delivery
Orders are sent via tracked courier. Estimated delivery time is 1–5 business days (rural deliveries may take an additional 48 hours).
Please note: We ship packages as soon as possible after orders are received, but we cannot guarantee they will arrive within five days.

Entered the wrong address? We understand mistakes happen, but unfortunately we can’t update the delivery address after your order is placed, as our system syncs instantly with the distribution centre. The good news is that once you get your tracking link, you can contact the courier company directly to redirect your delivery!
Sending as a gift?
We do not include any paperwork, such as packing slips or receipts, with our direct-to-consumer orders. If you're purchasing a gift, rest assured that no pricing or order details will be included in the package.
Cancellation policy
No cancellations after purchase
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. Please ensure your order is correct before making payment. We do not offer change of mind returns or refunds.
Faulty product return policy
Although we hope you love all your items from Antipodes, we have a returns policy in place if in the unlikely event the product purchased from this website is proven to be faulty or damaged.
You must have purchased products from this Antipodes website and have contacted our customer services team within 30 days of purchase.
If you have purchased the faulty product from one of our authorised retail partners, please follow that retailer’s specific return policy.
Once the product is proven to be faulty, we will send a replacement product.
Please follow our Step-By-Step Guide below for faulty product returns
- Get in touch - To replace an item, please reach out to our Antipodes Customer Care Team at hello@antipodesnature.com with your name, phone number, order number, name of the product, the batch and expiry date and the reason you believe this product to be faulty.
- Take a photo - Should your item arrive damaged, or something has gone wrong, please send photos in the email to our customer care team.
- Replacement confirmation - Once the claim has been reviewed and approved by our customer service team, we will send out the replacement product.
- Return the product - In some cases, our customer service team will request you return the original faulty product to our Antipodes HQ, for further inspection. Shipping costs are not refundable.
How long does it take to receive a replacement product?
Please allow 10 business days once the request has been approved.

At Antipodes, your wellbeing is our priority. While our products are formulated with gentle, natural ingredients, we understand that every skin type is unique and reactions can sometimes occur. If you experience a skin reaction to one of our products, we’re here to help.
What to Do if You Experience a Reaction
- Stop using the product immediately.
- Take a photo of the reaction so our team can better understand your experience.
- Contact our Customer Care Team at hello@antipodesnature.com with:
- Your name and contact details
- Your order number (if purchased directly from us)
- The product name, batch number, and expiry date (found on the packaging)
- A description of your reaction
- A photo of the affected area
What We Can Offer
- Once we’ve received your details, our team will review your case.
- If the reaction is confirmed, we’re happy to arrange an exchange for a more suitable Antipodes product.

International bank fees
While all our transactions are processed via Shopify, which handles the currency conversion, some banks apply their own fees for processing international payments.
Unfortunately, these charges are beyond our control, as they are specific to your bank's policies.
We recommend reaching out to your bank directly if you need further clarification or details about their fee structure.
