How to unlock your rewards box
To access this exclusive reward, you must reach Evergreen tier – the highest level in our loyalty program. You’ll unlock Evergreen when your annual spend reaches $500.
Once you’re in Evergreen, the rewards box will appear in the boutique – ready to redeem using your loyalty points and any Antipodes purchase.

Yes, a purchase is required for redemption. However, there is no minimum spend.
What is the redemption cost of the rewards box?
The rewards box costs 750 loyalty points and can be redeemed through our rewards boutique.
Can I get the rewards box anytime?
Each rewards box drop has a limited number available. Once they’re gone, they’re gone. Keep an eye on your inbox so you don’t miss the next edition.
Are rewards boxes personalised?
No – everyone in your region receives the same items per release. However, one box in each market will contain a Golden Ticket.
What can I expect in my rewards box?
Each box contains a curated collection of full-size favourites – from glow-enhancing skincare to gold-infused treatments and colour essentials. Every member in your region receives the same edit for that release.
Can you tell me the items?
That would spoil the surprise! We can promise radiance, rare ingredients, golden details, and beautifully curated favourites. Be quick to redeem – the best things never last long.
Will I get full-size items?
Yes – every Evergreen rewards box includes full-size products. You may also receive minis or exclusive surprises
What is the Golden Ticket?
Each market (New Zealand, Australia, UK, and France includes one Golden Ticket. If you find it in your box, you’ll receive a bespoke jewellery piece by Katie Rose Jewellery – handcrafted in gold using conflict-free precious metals and gemstones.
How many golden tickets are available?
There are four golden tickets in total: one in each of New Zealand, Australian, the UK, and France.
If I get a golden ticket, how do I redeem my prize?
Please send us a photo of your golden ticket, clearly showing the redemption number. You can email it to hello@antipodesnature.com (mailto:hello@antipodesnature.com). We will then be in touch with details of how to redeem your prize.
Will you announce the recipients of the Golden Ticket?
We will share the first name and city of each recipient once all boxes have been claimed
How do I redeem my rewards box?
You’ll receive an email on launch day with all the details, including your exclusive redemption link. Make sure your loyalty account is active and ready.
Do I need a loyalty account for the rewards box?
Yes – a loyalty account is essential to redeem your box. If you haven’t created one yet, any points you’ve earned in the past 18 months are still tied to your email address and can be claimed once your account is set up.
Can anyone access these?
The rewards boxes are exclusive to our Evergreen tier – the highest level in our loyalty programme. It’s our way of giving back to our most valued customers.
I'm in the Canopy tier. If I buy something to enter Evergreen, can I claim the rewards box simultaneously?
Not immediately. You’ll need to complete a purchase that moves you into Evergreen, then wait for the next rewards box edition to be eligible.
Can I exchange my products if I don’t like them?
Unfortunately, no. Evergreen boxes are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Are these boxes vegan?
Our Evergreen Boxes aren’t exclusively vegan. They may include a mix of vegan and certified vegetarian products, including those with ethically sourced bee ingredients such as mānuka honey and beeswax. All Antipodes products are cruelty-free and have never been tested on animals.
Can I get more than one?
To keep things fair and inclusive for our top-tier customers, we limit redemptions to one rewards box per drop.
Can I earn points for reviews?
Yes – when you leave a genuine review of a product you've purchased.
