The Antipodes rewards loyalty program is available on AntipodesNature.com in Australia, France, New Zealand and United Kingdom only.

Membership is free. You must be 16 years or older to join.

Rewards points are redeemable on free skincare products from our rewards boutique. Your points aren’t transferable and can’t be redeemed for cash.

We reserve the right to amend the program at any time.

If you wish to leave the rewards loyalty program, contact us here. If you leave, you'll be unable to redeem any unused rewards points.

When joining the Devotee Rewards loyalty program, you agree to receive email communications from Antipodes Nature for the purposes of:

Providing you with marketing, product and special offer information; and

Notifying you of matters relevant to your Loyalty Program membership, including new additions to the boutique, points and rewards expiry.

Your points will expire after 12 months of receiving them.

You can opt out of receiving these emails at any time by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ button at the bottom of any email.

Antipodes Nature reserves the right to remove any reviews that contain inappropriate language, advertising, spam.

After you've bought a product on the website, a request to review it will be sent to you via email. Follow the link in the email to write a review for the product as a verified buyer to receive 30 reward points.

Reviews should be at least 20 words to be eligible for the 30 reward points.

Verified before & after photo reviews will earn 50 points. Photo must be clear and clearly demonstrate a before and after.

Verified video reviews will earn 100 points. Videos must be clear and your voice, if included, audible. The product must be visible in the video

Antipodes Nature reserves the right to showcase reviews on their marketing including but not limited to: emails, social media and their website.

With every purchase from AntipodesNature.com, you earn reward points: one point for $1 spent. If you don’t redeem points in our boutique, they continue to accrue. Points can also be earned by leaving verified reviews, referring friends, following us on Instagram and Facebook, and more. See “Ways to earn points’ for more information.

It is possible to reverse a redemption if you contact . Include your full name and email address associated with your Devotee Rewards account in your message.

You can view your points in the account section of your Click ‘Redeem’ to add a skincare bundle to your shopping cart. Reward points appear in your account 7 days after a purchase is made. This ensures that the order is completed and delivered before points are assigned

Yes, with the upgraded program, you can redeem your points for skincare items from the boutique alongside other offers and promotions.

When you redeem your points for a product, you are purchasing (using your points) a discount code for the free product. If something goes wrong with your order, you can find your item to re-add under the 'Redeemed' section of our loyalty boutique.

Every quarter, all customers who are in the Canopy or Evergreen tiers on the week of the draw will be automatically entered one time into the random draw. The winner will be contacted by email directly. The first draw will take place 16 September, 2026 then every 90 days after (+ / - 5 days).

If you have two of the same item (one through the normal store, and one through the loyalty boutique) that are meant to be free, our system is unable to process both in one order. We're working on a fix for this, however you'll be better holding on to that loyalty free item for later. If you want to swap your code for another item, get in touch and we'll refund your points.

We're aware of an issue with our loyalty system during 3 for 2 where it's accidentally assigning your free item as part of the 3 for 2 if it retails cheaper than the other three items. We're working on a fix for this, but you can hold onto any loyalty redemptions for use at a later stage. Otherwise, get in touch with support and we'll help you out.
