1. Promoter

The promotion is operated by Antipodes Wellness Limited (“Antipodes”, “we”, “us”).

2. Eligibility

2.1 This promotion is open exclusively to customers who:

• Are members of the Antipodes loyalty programme at Evergreen tier, and 
• Successfully redeem an Evergreen Rewards Box during the applicable promotional period. 

2.2 There is no minimum age requirement; however, participants must be legally capable of entering into binding agreements under applicable law.

2.3 Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Antipodes and its affiliated partners may be excluded at Antipodes’ discretion.

3. Promotion Structure

3.1 Each Evergreen Rewards Box release is a limited-edition offering available for redemption via loyalty points.

3.2 Four (4) Evergreen Rewards Boxes, across the following regions:

• New Zealand 
• Australia 
• United Kingdom 
• France 

will each contain one (1) Golden Ticket, randomly inserted prior to distribution.

3.3 Golden Tickets are distributed at random. Not all boxes will contain a Golden Ticket.

3.4 This promotion is not a competition, lottery, or prize draw. It is a random promotional inclusion within a purchased rewards product.

4. The Golden Ticket Reward

4.1 Each Golden Ticket entitles the recipient to receive one bespoke jewellery piece created by Katie Rose Jewellery.

4.2 Approximate retail values are:

• NZD $1,300 (New Zealand) 
• AUD $1,300 (Australia) 
• £700 GBP (United Kingdom) 
• €800 EUR (France) 

4.3 The jewellery piece is:

• Designed specifically for each region 
• Not custom-designed for individual winners 
• Crafted using conflict-free precious metals and gemstones 

4.4 The reward is:

• Non-transferable 
• Not redeemable for cash 
• Not exchangeable or refundable 

5. Redemption Process

5.1 To redeem a Golden Ticket, recipients must:

• Email hello@antipodesnature.com (mailto:hello@antipodesnature.com) 
• Provide a clear photograph of the Golden Ticket, including the visible redemption number 

5.2 Antipodes may request additional verification where reasonably required to confirm authenticity.

5.3 Golden Tickets must be redeemed no later than 13 July 2026.
5.4 Any Golden Ticket not claimed by this date will be deemed void and forfeited.

6. Verification & Validity

6.1 Only original, authentic Golden Tickets will be accepted.

6.2 Antipodes reserves the right to:

• Reject damaged, altered, illegible, or counterfeit tickets 
• Request proof of purchase or identity where fraud is suspected 

6.3 Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.

7. Shipping & Delivery

7.1 The cost of standard shipping for the jewellery reward is included.

7.2 Delivery timelines may vary depending on production and location.

7.3 Antipodes is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by third-party couriers 
• Customs processing delays 

7.4 Any applicable import duties or taxes (where legally required) remain the responsibility of the recipient.

8. Publicity & Personal Information

8.1 Antipodes may request that recipients provide:

• A photograph of the Golden Ticket 
• Confirmation of their first name and city 

8.2 This information is collected solely for verification purposes and will not be used for marketing without separate, explicit consent.

8.3 Antipodes may publish the first name and city of confirmed recipients once all rewards have been claimed, unless the recipient requests otherwise.

9. Liability

9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Antipodes shall not be liable for:

• Any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in this promotion 
• Any issues relating to the use, quality, or delivery of the reward 

9.2 Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. General

10.1 Antipodes reserves the right to:

• Amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control 
• Substitute the reward with an item of equal or greater value if required 

10.2 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the participant’s country of residence, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of that region.
