Antipodes Wellness Limited competition terms and conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Antipodes x UN Women Aotearoa International Women’s Day Nomination promotion (the Promotion). By entering, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Specific rules

Promoter

The Promoter is Antipodes Wellness Limited (“Antipodes”)

Promotion period

  1. The Promotion starts on Thursday, 27 February 2026 and ends at 11:59pm NZDT on Sunday, 8 March 2026 (International Women’s Day) (Promotion Period).
  2. The winner will be drawn and contacted by 13 March 2026.

Eligibility

  1. To enter the Promotion and be eligible to win the Prize, a participant must:a. be 18 years of age or older; andb. be a New Zealand resident; andc. not be a Disqualified Participant (as defined in the Standard Promotion Rules below).

How to enter

  1. The winner will receive an Antipodes hair and skincare package (the “Prize”) which consists of:
    1 x Lime Caviar Collagen-Rich Firming Cream 60ml
    1 x Avocado Pear Collagen-Boosting Night Cream 60ml
    1 x Hallelujah Lime & Patchouli Nourishing Cleanser 200ml
    1 x Eve Bio-Retinol Line Reduction Serum 30ml
    1 x Fig + Feijoa Repair & Nourish Shampoo and Conditioner SetTo enter the Promotion, participants must complete the official nomination/entry form in full during the Promotion Period.
  2. Entry is limited to one submission per person, regardless of device used. Multiple entries may result in disqualification.
  3. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
  4. Participants may optionally choose to opt-in to receive marketing communications from Antipodes. Opting in is not required to enter or win the Promotion.

Prize

  1. There will be one (1) winner.
  2. One winner will be drawn randomly from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
  3. The winner will receive an Antipodes hair and skincare package (the “Prize”).
  4. The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
  5. If the Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Antipodes reserves the right to substitute a prize of like or equal value.

Use of entries

  1. By entering the Promotion, participants grant Antipodes the right to use their responses in marketing, communications, or promotional materials.
  • Identifying personal details of entrants will not be used (beyond first names)
  • Details may be anonymized when shared publicly to protect privacy of participants

Other terms

  1. These Terms and Conditions, including the entry mechanism, Promotion Period and Prize, may be amended at any time. Antipodes reserves the right to terminate or extend the Promotion at any time.
  2. To the extent permitted by law, Antipodes will not be liable to any person in any way in relation to this Promotion, except as prohibited by law.
  3. Antipodes will collect and use personal information from entrants (for example, their name, email address and contact details) for the purposes of administering the Promotion and for future promotional and marketing purposes in accordance with Antipodes’ Privacy Policy, unless otherwise directed by entrants at the time of entry. Participants have the right to request access to and correction of personal information held by Antipodes (where such information is readily retrievable).
  4. All personal information provided must be valid and up to date and, in the case of email notification, active through to and beyond the date of the Promotion’s completion.
  5. The Promoter’s decisions on all entry and Promotion matters are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Standard promotion or competition rules

Definitions

The “Promoter” is Antipodes Wellness Limited.

“Disqualified Participants” are:a. all Antipodes employees and their Immediate Families and flatmates;b. all people under the age of 18 years.

“Immediate Families” include spouses, grandparents, parents, children, and grandchildren, whether by marriage, past marriages, remarriage, adoption, co-habitation or other family extension

Entry

  1. These Promotion or Competition Rules (“the Rules”) apply to all Antipodes Wellness Limited promotions or competitions conducted on any medium, including online, social media, email or connected device.
  2. If a particular Promotion has specific rules or terms (“Specific Rules”), those Specific Rules will apply to the extent of any inconsistency with the Rules.
  3. Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Rules and the Specific Rules.
  4. The Promotion is open to New Zealand residents only. Disqualified Participants may not enter the Promotion.
  5. Antipodes reserves the right to exclude any person from participating in the Promotion on reasonable grounds.
  6. Antipodes reserves the right to refuse to award any Prize to an entrant who Antipodes decides (at its discretion) has violated the Rules (including the Specific Rules), gained unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion or won using fraudulent means.
  7. By participating, entrants grant Antipodes permission to use their name in connection with the Promotion and for future promotion and marketing purposes and waive any claims to royalty, right or remuneration for such use.

Winning the prize

  1. Only the person who originally entered the Promotion can be awarded the Prize (the “Winner”).
  2. The Winner will be determined by assigning a number to each eligible participant and randomly drawing one number to award the Prize to the corresponding participant.
  3. The Winner will be notified by email and will be required to respond with delivery details for the Prize. Where attempts to contact the Winner fail (for example, when the Winner does not respond to up to two emails over a five-day period), Antipodes may select another winner. If, after successful notification, the Prize is not claimed within two months of being announced, it will be regarded as forfeited.
  4. The Winner takes the Prize entirely at his/her own risk and indemnifies Antipodes in respect of any claim for any accident, injury, property damage or loss of life that may occur in connection with the Prize. The Winner is responsible for any insurance, tax or other costs that may be associated with the Prize.
  5. The Prize will be sent within 14 working days unless otherwise agreed by email.

The Promoter’s responsibility

  1. Antipodes reserves the right to amend, vary, extend or discontinue the Promotion at any stage, for any reason.
  2. Antipodes takes no responsibility for any inability to enter, complete, continue or conclude the Promotion due to equipment or technical malfunction.

Acceptance

  1. Participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  2. If the Winner does not accept these Terms and Conditions, the Prize will be forfeited.
