This is where you’ll find terms and conditions for Antipodes’ loyalty program, Devotee Rewards.
The Antipodes Devotee Rewards loyalty program is available on AntipodesNature.com in New Zealand and Australia only.
Membership is free. You must be 16 years or older to join.
Rewards points are redeemable on free skincare bundles. Your points aren’t transferable and can’t be redeemed for cash.
We reserve the right to amend the program at any time.
If you wish to leave the Devotee Rewards loyalty program, contact us here. If you leave, you'll be unable to redeem any unused rewards points.

Earning points
Purchases
Points are exclusively earned on purchases from our website in New Zealand and Australia: 1 point for NZD/AUD $1 spent.
Points will be earned for purchases from the day you join the loyalty program.
We will also award you points for all purchases you made on the website in the six months leading up to the launch of the loyalty program, if you sign up by 31 December 2023.
To earn points on purchases, you must be signed in with the email address you provided when creating your account.
Reward points appear in your account once an order is complete. It may take up to 24 hours for your points to appear.
If products are returned after purchase, we will deduct the corresponding number of reward points from your account.
You will only receive points for the amount you paid, noting any promotional discounts. For example, if you purchase products during a promotion such as 3 for 2, you will only receive reward points on the amount you spent. You will not receive points on any items received free of charge, including the products in your reward bundles.
Refer a friend
We'd love to reward you for introducing friends to Antipodes who haven't shopped on the website before.
Each referred friend will receive a code which entitles them to a free welcome gift with their first order (Moisture-Boost Natural Lipstick).
Once their first order is complete, as a thank you, you will receive 50 reward points.
Verified reviews
After you've bought a product on the website, a request to review it will be sent to you via email. Follow the link in the email to write a review for the product as a verified buyer to receive 10 reward points.
Reviews should be at least 20 words to be eligible for the 10 reward points.
Birthday bonus
Input your birthday into your Devotee Rewards account to receive 50 reward points, delivered on your birthday.
Make sure you tell us the date at least one month in advance, otherwise you'll have to wait until the following year to receive bonus points on your birthday.
Competitions
The next Devotee Rewards competition will launch soon, with a new competition running each quarter. See the competition page for more information.
Each competition will run for two weeks, with the winner announced at the end of the third week and communicated across Antipodes' social channels.
To be eligible, you must have an Antipodes Devotee Rewards account.
Entrants must be over 16.
Your entry must be in the form of an Instagram Reel or a TikTok, and must include the competition hashtag, which will be communicated.
Our judging panel will choose the winners: first prize receives 500 reward points, second prize receives 350 reward points, third prize receives 150 reward points.
Winners be contacted via the platform used to submit the entry (direct message for Instagram and comment on video for TikTok) to ask for your Devotee Rewards email address, so we can add your prize points to your account. Points will be allocated within three weeks of us receiving your email address. Only messages from @antipodesskincare are genuine – be aware of unofficial Antipodes accounts that may contact you.
Entries must follow the content requirements: portrait format, shot/edited on smartphone, maximum 30-seconds duration.
Antipodes can use your entry across our social media channels. Posts will credit you as the original creator via @handle.
If applying any Antipodes products you haven't used before in your Reel/TikTok, be sure to patch test them 24 hours before use.

Once you’ve made a redemption, you’ll find it in your shopping cart.
Reward bundles will be delivered with your next order. Don’t forget to spend at least NZD$20 to be eligible for free shipping.
If you would prefer to receive your bundle without making an order, the standard shipping fee applies.
A redemption can’t be combined in an order with any promotional offers.
Once you’ve made a redemption, any leftover points will remain in your account.
Reward bundles will be revamped regularly throughout the year to feature different products. You'll be able to see any new bundles in your Devotee Rewards account and we'll let you know via email.
If you would prefer to receive your bundle without making an order, the standard shipping fee applies.
If a product in a reward bundle has sold out, we will change it for one of similar value.
When you add a reward bundle to your shopping cart, the full price will be visible – click 'Check out' to see it listed as free.
Referred friend
To be eligible for a free lipstick, you must not have shopped on the website before.
A friend will send you a link where you can input your email address to receive a code for a free lipstick. Sharing your email address means you consent to receiving one introductory email from us, which contains your unique code for your lipstick.
To receive your free lipstick with your first order, add your chosen product/s to your cart, then add the Dusky Sound Pink Moisture-Boost Natural Lipstick and the unique code you received.
Once your first order is complete, the friend who referred you will receive 50 reward points to their Devotee Rewards account.
