1. Promotion

Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. By entering the Antipodes × Ecosa Competition (“Promotion”), entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

The promoter is Antipodes Wellness, of PO Box 888, Wellington, New Zealand. (“Promoter” or “Antipodes”).

Ecosa is a promotional and prize partner of the Promotion and is not the Promoter.

The Promotion is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion opens at 12:00am NZSTon 14 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm NZST on 21 September 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to New Zealand (NZ) residents aged 18 years or over.

Employees, officers and contractors of the Promoter and Ecosa, their immediate families, and any agencies or suppliers directly associated with the conduct of the Promotion are not eligible to enter.

“Immediate family” includes a spouse, de facto spouse, parent, child or sibling, whether or not they live at the same address.

4. How to Enter

Entry is free. No purchase is necessary. Consenting to marketing is a requirement to entry.

To enter, eligible entrants must, during the Promotion Period:

a. visit antipodesnature.com/pages/ecosa-x-antipodes-comp

b. provide the information requested on the entry form, including their name and valid email address;

c. consent to marketing communications from Antipodes & Ecosa
d. agree to these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge the applicable Privacy Policy; and
e. submit the completed entry form during the Promotion Period.

ONE ENTRY PER PERSON

Entries must be received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period. The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted or otherwise not received due to technical or other circumstances outside the Promoter's reasonable control.

The Promoter may verify the validity of entries and entrants and may disqualify an entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process.

5. Marketing Consent

Entry into the Promotion is conditional on an entrant consenting to receive marketing communications from both Antipodes and Ecosa.

Entrants may withdraw their marketing consent or unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time from either.

The total maximum prize pool is NZ$4,237

Prize values are based on the recommended retail prices supplied to the Promoter at the time these Terms and Conditions were prepared. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any change in prize value after that date.

The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.

If any component of the prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter may substitute that component with a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any approval required by a relevant regulatory authority.

The winner will not be charged an administrative or delivery fee to receive the prize.

Any ancillary costs associated with accepting or using the prize that are not expressly included in these Terms and Conditions are the responsibility of the winner.

7. Prize Draw

The winner will be selected by a random electronic draw from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.

The draw will take place at 10:00 NZST on 23 September, 2026 at 103 Ghuznee Street, Ter Aro 6011, NZ.

Each valid entry will have an equal chance of being selected.

The first valid entry randomly selected will be the winner of the entire prize package.

The winner does not need to be present at the draw.

8. Winner Notification and Publication

The provisional winner will be contacted in writing using the email address provided with their entry within 2 business days of the draw.

The Promoter may require the provisional winner to provide reasonable proof of identity, age, NZ residency and eligibility before awarding the prize.

Once eligibility has been verified, the winner's first name initial, surname and state/territory will be published at antipodesnature.com/pages/ecosa-x-antipodes-comp at 10:00 NZST on 25 September, 2026, or otherwise within 48 hours of receiving contact from the winner.

Where required by applicable law, additional winner information will be published in the manner and for the period required by that law.

9. Unclaimed Prize

The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner.

If the winner does not claim the prize or cannot be contacted by 14 December, an unclaimed prize draw will take place at 10:00 NZST on 16 December, 2026 at 103 Ghuznee Street, Ter Aro 6011, NZ, subject to any directions or requirements of a relevant regulatory authority.

Any replacement winner will be selected randomly from the remaining valid entries and notified in writing within 2 business days of the unclaimed prize draw.

The replacement winner's details will also be published at antipodesnature.com/pages/ecosa-x-antipodes-comp, where required by applicable law.

10. Prize Delivery

The Promoter and Ecosa will arrange delivery of the relevant prize components to the winner at an eligible NZ delivery address.

The winner must provide any information reasonably required to arrange delivery.

Delivery of the Ecosa prize components may be subject to Ecosa's ordinary delivery service area and reasonable delivery arrangements. If standard delivery is unavailable to the winner's location, the Promoter and Ecosa will work with the winner to make reasonable alternative arrangements at no administrative or delivery cost to the winner.

11. Privacy

The Promoter collects entrants' personal information for the purpose of administering and conducting the Promotion, including verifying entrants, conducting the draw, contacting the winner, delivering the prize and complying with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

The Promoter may disclose personal information to Ecosa, service providers, prize suppliers, regulatory authorities and other parties where reasonably necessary to administer the Promotion, fulfil the prize or comply with applicable law.

Where an entrant consents to receiving marketing communications from Ecosa as part of entering the Promotion, personal information relevant to that consent may be provided to Ecosa and handled in accordance with Ecosa's Privacy Policy.

The Promoter may be required by law to publish or provide certain information about the winner.

12. General Conditions

If the Promotion cannot proceed as planned for reasons beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, including technical failure, fraud, tampering, unauthorised intervention, natural disaster or another event affecting the fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Promoter may modify, suspend, terminate or recommence the Promotion, subject to applicable law and any approval required from a regulatory authority.

The Promoter's decisions regarding the administration of the Promotion are final, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified, including under the NZ Consumer Law.

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of the prize, except to the extent caused by the Promoter's negligence, wilful misconduct or breach of a non-excludable statutory guarantee.

The Promoter is not responsible for technical problems or circumstances outside its reasonable control that prevent an entrant from submitting an entry, provided that nothing in this clause limits any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If there is a dispute concerning the conduct of the Promotion, the Promoter will seek to resolve it fairly and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and applicable law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in NZ and are subject to the mandatory requirements applying to trade promotions in which the Promotion is conducted.
