HOW DO I EARN MORE POINTS?
With every purchase from AntipodesNature.com, you earn reward points: one point for $1 spent. If you don’t redeem points on a skincare bundle, they continue to accrue until you are eligible for a more-valuable skincare bundle. Points can also be earned by leaving verified reviews, referring friends, following us on Instagram and Facebook, and winning competitions.
DO THE REWARDS PRODUCTS CHANGE?
Yes, reward bundles will be updated every few months with new products. They will be visible in your Devotee Rewards account and we'll let you know via email.
HOW DO I REDEEM POINTS?
Click ‘Redeem’ to add a skincare bundle to your shopping cart. To receive it, you need to fulfil the order: confirm your address, then pay the shipping fee or combine it with an order (spending the minimum requirement to be eligible for free shipping).
I ACCIDENTALLY CLICKED 'REDEEM' ON A SKINCARE BUNDLE - CAN I CHANGE MY MIND AND REVERSE THE REDEMPTION?
It is possible to reverse a redemption if you contact us here. Include your full name and email address associated with your Devotee Rewards account in your message.
