1. Promoter

The promoter is Antipodes Nature Limited ("Promoter"), located at PO Box 888, Wellington 6140, New Zealand.

2. Promotion Period

The promotion commences at 12:01am NZST on 25 June 2026 and closes at 11:59pm NZST on 29 June 2026 ("Promotion Period").

Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility

a) Entry is open to residents of New Zealand and Australia aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

b) Employees, contractors, directors, officers and immediate family members of the Promoter, World of WearableArt® Limited ("WOW"), and associated agencies involved in the administration of this promotion are not eligible to enter.

c) Entrants must have a valid email address and be able to travel to Wellington, New Zealand during the prize travel period specified by the Promoter.

4. How to Enter

Entrants may enter via the following methods during the Promotion Period:

Purchase Entry

a) Purchase any eligible Antipodes product via the Antipodes website during the Promotion Period.

b) Each eligible (full-size) product purchased equals two (2) entries into the prize draw.

c) Multiple product purchases are permitted and will accumulate entries accordingly.

Free Entry Method

a) Individuals may enter without making a purchase by completing the promotional landing page form during the Promotion Period.

b) To qualify, entrants must subscribe to receive marketing communications from Antipodes

c) Each valid landing page submission will receive one (1) entry.

d) Limit one free entry per person during the Promotion Period.

e) an additional free entry can be obtained by signing up to WOW marketing communications on this landing page – this is an optional signup

5. Prize

There is one (1) prize package to be won consisting of:

Two (2) tickets to the WOW Show: GLO! in Wellington, New Zealand on Thursday 1 October, 2026;
Two (2) nights' accommodation in Wellington for two (2) people (Thursday 1 – Friday 2 October, 2026);
Return economy flights for two (2) people from a major city in New Zealand or Australia to Wellington;

Antipodes prize package: 3-month supply of hair & skincare for one (1) person

6. Prize Conditions

a) Travel dates, accommodation provider, flight carrier, dining experience and other prize components will be determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion.

b) The winner and guest are responsible for all expenses not expressly included in the prize, including but not limited to travel insurance, passport, spending money, transfers, additional meals, beverages, travel costs, incidentals and personal expenses.

Personal expenses or incidental incurred during the trip

c) Prize travel must be taken on dates specified by the Promoter.

d) The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

e) If any prize component becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.

f) The winner's travel companion must be aged 18 years or over unless otherwise approved by the Promoter.

g) If the prize winner is able to attend the chosen dates, the prize is not transferrable and a new winner will be drawn.

7. Prize Draw

a) The draw will take place on or about 2 July 2026 at the Promoter's offices.

b) One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.

c) The winner will be notified via email and/or phone within five (5) business days of the draw.

d) The winner may be required to provide proof of identity, age and residency before the prize is awarded.

8. Unclaimed Prize

If the winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days of the initial notification attempt, or is deemed ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

9. Privacy

a) By entering this promotion, entrants acknowledge that personal information will be collected and used by the Promoter for the purpose of administering the promotion.

b) Where consent is provided, entrants agree to receive marketing communications from Antipodes and/or WOW.

c) Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy and WOW's Privacy Policy.

d) Entrants may withdraw marketing consent at any time by using the unsubscribe facility provided in communications.

10. General

a) The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms and Conditions.

b) The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, misdirected or corrupted entries.

c) To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter, WOW and associated agencies exclude all liability for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance of the prize.

d) Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes any rights under applicable consumer protection laws in New Zealand or Australia.

e) The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend or terminate the promotion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it necessary to do so.

f) By entering the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

g) Major cities in NZ are: Auckland, Christchurch. Major cities in Australia are: Sydney, Perth, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide.
